Cricut 360 - Challenge #9 - Relax

Happy Friday everyone, I'm so excited that the weekend is finally here!! It's Friday which means time for another fun challenge over at Cricut 360This week's challenge is to create a card or layout which represents a relaxing scene.  Being from Miami, nothing is more relaxing than siting under a shady palm tree at the beach with a nice cool beverage. Ahhhh, so relaxing!!  So, that was my inspiration for my project.  I decided to use the "Pack your Bags" cartridge, I really love this cartridge!! While there are many great cuts on this cartridge, this is one of my favorite cuts on there.  Here are all the details of my card:

Card size is 6x6
Cartridges used: Pack your bags (Girl on lounge chair @ 3.25") and Life's a Beach (Palm Tree @ 5.50")
Solid cardstock: Recollections
Patterned Paper: My Scraps (I remember buying it at JoAnn's)
Glittered Paper: DCWV Citrus
Sentiment: Scrappy Moms Stamps "Sun Kissed"
Chalks
Embossing Powder: Stampendous "Jeweled Gold"

Okay, so now it's your turn.  Show us what you find as being relaxing.  As always, your project must have a Cricut cut and you can use any cartridges you like.  Can't wait to see all your wonderful creations!

Cricut 360 - Challenge #8 - Back to School

Hi everyone,

Sorry for the delay in posting my information for the project I submitted this week over at Cricut 360. As you can probably tell I haven’t been posting much lately either. In the past 3 weeks I have been sick twice!! First, I got the flu (which was horrible since I am asthmatic) and then 1 week later I got an abcess on the roof top of my mouth..no fun whatsoever!! So needless to say I have not been in a very crafty mood….which I HATE :0( Luckily, I am doing much better and slowly coming around to crafting again. I have really missed crafting and I miss sharing it with all of you crafty friends :0) So with that out of the way, let's get back on track here :0) This week’s challenge over at Cricut 360 is “Back to School”. So for my project I decided to make a layout for my Godson’s first day of school picture. Here are the details for my layout:

Cricut 360 - Challenge # 7 -Old West

Howdy Crafty Friends :0)
It's Friday again and you know what that means...time for another fun challenge over at Cricut 360All of us at Cricut 360 are thrilled to have you join us and play along each week!  We really enjoy seeing all the fantastic projects from all of you each and every week!   As you probably might have figured out, this week's challenge is to create a project that makes us go Yee-Haw!! There is a little bit of cowgirl in all of us!! So we would love to see your creation on this challenge. You can use any cartridge you like to create your card or layout.  For my project, I decided to use Bullseye from the Toy Story cartridge.  I really love all of the Toy Story movies and while Part #3 is my all time favorite animated film.  I really enjoy Part #2 because it introduces us to Bullseye the horse and Jessie the cowgirl.  I immediately was drawn to Bullseye's adorable face and I wished I was a cowgirl and he was my horse :0)  So with that in mind, I decided to make my card and acknowledge my favorite character from this wonderful movie.  I hope you all like him as much as I do :0)

Here are the specifics for my card:
Cartridges used: Campin Critters (Card & PP Layer @ 5.50" & 5.0" ) and Toy Story (Bullseye & layers @ 6.0" and Howdy @ 1.90")
Solid Paper: Recollections
Patterned Paper: From my scraps
Jute Cord (Jo-Ann's)
Blue Star Brad (From my stash)
White Gel Pen

So now it's your turn partner, we can't wait to see your creations!
